How many of you have actually licked a switch cartridge?
I have
I haven't
Why would you do this
See ResultsReblog for more data plz
i haven’t, but let me be clear.
when i was younger, i used to bite my nails a lot. so whenever i would handle a switch cartridge i would bite my nails after. i figured out what the bittering agent tastes like this way (it’s bitter) and i also figured out that the taste doesn’t go away for quite a while. so eventually when i tried to stop biting my nails so much i would touch a switch cartridge
anyway i’ve never licked a switch cartridge, but i do know what one tastes like

I...tried to make a meme and got carried away and made A Thing that is like partially unfinished because i spent like 3 hours on it and then got tired.
I think this is mostly scientifically accurate but truth be told, there seems to be relatively little research on succession in regards to lawns specifically (as opposed to like, pastures). I am not exaggerating how bad they are for biodiversity though—recent research has referred to them as "ecological deserts."

Top: the Japanese version of Super Mario World contained a typo congratulating Mario and Luigi after clearing a castle, where Luigi's name was spelled "ルイジ" (final word in the screenshot) instead of the correct spelling "ルイージ".
Bottom: this was corrected in Super Mario Advance 2.
"ルイジ" is still read as "Luigi", but with the "i" sound in the middle being short instead of long. An equivalent misspelling in English would have been something like "Luidgy", which would suggest that the second syllable is pronounced similar to the "idge" in "bridge".

I feel confident enough to post these now. A collection of all the existing posters after some edits from the other post that got 13k notes! These are full size/quality. Go nuts.
You may use them for wallpapers, tabletop campaigns, whatever. Consider tipping me (do people use kofi for that or tumblr's built in system? Let me know what you prefer) or buying a print or sticker here! If you do use them, let me know what for, or send pictures!
According to the
JFA manual, it’s
Gumshoe doing it.
Beep boop! I look for accidental haiku posts. Sometimes I mess up.
